UK admin company formed

Investcope Capital forms a UK subsidiary Investcope Services (UK) Ltd. to allow it to provide admin services to the UK marketplace. This business will be a free standing legal vehicle and will provide arms length priced admin services to it's portfolio companies, and support Investcope Capital activities in the UK.
